THE BRIEF

The team behind the BINN Smokehouse already had a well established and successful high-end restaurant in the local area and had a clear vision to establish a new restaurant but lacked the resources to help them launch. The team came to us with a concept for a smokehouse and required ROSKI agency to design a brand identity, develop a website and to implement a marketing strategy to help launch them into the market place.

We developed a brand identity, website and a marketing strategy to launch the British smokehouse located in Buckingham. When developing the brand identity we wanted to give a distinctive image for the restaurant whilst keeping the brand aligned with the existing restaurant they had already established. The brand identity was developed to be unique and to a standout amongst the competition by avoiding the typical design styles which can be seen across smokehouses in the UK.
Drawing inspiration from the industrial design of the handcrafted furniture inside the venue, we created a brand identity that would add to the sensory experience felt when entering the building. All print was on specialist paper stocks, giving depth to the textures to the materials customers would interact with. Print deliverables included food and drinks menus, coasters loyalty cards, takeaway bags, staff uniforms, as well as digital and print advertisements.
To support the restaurants’ digital presence, we designed a responsive website to present key information about their offering, menus and opening times. We also produced a range of content which included photos and videos that were used for the launch of the restaurant, these were distributed across the clients social media pages, which made a significant impact during the restaurants opening week enabling the new restaurant to gain hundreds of email subscribers, over 3000 likes on their social media and 13,000 organic impressions created on their launch post on Facebook, in turn which drove significant footfall to the restaurant in the opening month.
